What Does This Blood Report Indicate?

Question: I have symptoms of hypothyroidism-fatigue, feeling cold, weakness, low mood. My GP recently sent me for a blood test. They only measured TSH which was 1.1 and free T4 which was 13. My thyroid looks enlarged to me. Could I have a thyroid issue?
Brief Answer:
Thyroid
Detailed Answer:
Sorry to note how you feel.
I have reviewed the attached photo. It is possible your thyroid has some enlargement but a physical examination is necessary to confirm this.
Regarding your TSH , it appears normal.
I would like to know the range of Free T4 on your laboratory report.
If the free T4 is well within normal range then it is extremely unlikely that there is anything wrong with your thyroid function.
Sometimes a thyroid ultrasound is required to study the thyroid structure in detail.

Many thanks for your response.
The lab reference ranges for free T4 are 9-19 so I am in the normal range. What do you advise I do next to get to the bottom of why I am feeling like this
