cERTAINLY THERE IS MAL ABSORPTION which prevents sufficient blood formation and that is why iron deficiency. PLEASE SUGGEST SOME STEP TO AVOID MALABSORPTION.
Presently i am taking 200mg soliam,rescue plus two times daily since I am a psychiatrist patient since long i.e about 15 years and also taking psychiatrist injection every 15 days to control my psychiatrist problems? Shouls those doses should be decresed or what ? Please take care of these aspects in mind also while prescribing or suggesting some medicines or suggestions?

I can understand your concern.
You have vitamin B12 deficiency and folic acid deficiency.
You should take injection vitcofol for that.
A course of 5 injection ( 2ml each ) of vitcofol should be taken on alternate day.
Then it should be repeated according to need.
You have severe vitamin D deficiency also.
For that lumia 60 k should be taken one tablet once a week for 6 week.
For iron deficiency tablet autrin one tablet per day for 3 months can be taken.
For cholesterol control tablet atorvastatin 10 mg per day should be taken for long time.
For diet supplements you need routine diet as I prescribed earlier. No any commercial dietary foods required.
These all medicine are prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
Continue your drugs for psychiatric problems as prescribed.
