Brief Answer:
You may have some infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have fever on and off with high wbc count. Most common cause is infection.
You may have some kind of infection. You should take antibiotic treatment according to other symptoms. For fever you can take paracetamol as and when required. Your hemoglobin is also low so it can be due to infection or iron deficiency or some other cause.
Please send me your reports so that I can help you further.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
