Brief Answer:
A muscular pain likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have seen the image attached. The pain that you have seems to be a muscular pain more related to lifting heavy weights and posture. All your blood tests are within normal range.
Take frequent stretch breaks and drink lots of water. Discontinue using pillow while sleeping straight. Do not lift heavy objects, especially after bending down. Eat a healthy wholesome meal which should satisfy your minerals and proteins requirement.
If its unbearable take medications or muscle relaxant prescribed by your physician. And if it has been long standing illness visit your orthopaedician and clinically-radiologically establish a diagnosis to commence definitive treatment.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.

Thanks doc. It's a recurring thing and when I'm not really lifting or stressed out I have no symptoms I was very worried about liver.

Brief Answer:
Not related to liver issue.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Since the pain aggravates on lifting weight, it is a muscular pain. It is not related to any liver pathology. You need not worry.
Hope my answer is helpful.

Thanks doc my job requires daily lifting of heavy things and I also bodybuild. Most of my troubles with the pain started with this job. I do have pains on days I do not wor but I guess that's to do with healing and such. I also dislocated my ribs last year near my sternum.

Also can the discomfort of muscular happen in waves? One day it will feel ok the next not so much

The muscle relaxers seem to help with the pain but doesn't totally eliminate it prolly dulls it's by 60%

Brief Answer:
Inadequate rest is the cause of persistent pain.

Detailed Answer:
The discomfort due to muscle stretching and tear can happen in waves. It can cause an irregular muscle spasm causing the pain. The pain is related to the activity and inadequate rest for healing.
You need rest, a chest belt and rest in addition to muscle relaxants for a complete relief.
Regards.

one last question. the pain or discomfort has mostly radiated to the back on the shoulder blade area. I used a icyhot TENS therapy machine and it is very sore when the TENS machine is being used on it. overall feels good for a little while after but comes back.

Brief Answer:
TENS therapy will help.

Detailed Answer:
TENS therapy will help in the long term. It is better to let the acute pain subside first, give rest for at least 2 weeks and then start with TENS therapy after any muscle tear has healed.
Regards.
