Brief Answer:
very high levels of ast and alt indicate significant damage to liver

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

The upper limit for ast, alt and alk phos can vary slightly from one lab to the next but in general the upper limit of ast is 40 and alt 56, alk phos 147.

AST and ALT usually reflect damage to the liver tissues and alk phos goes up if there is any blockage of the pathways in the liver.

All of your values are high especially the AST and ALT, these are very high and indicate that there is significant damage to the liver tissues themselves along with some closure of the pathways (increased alk phos).

Your doctor may suggest an ultrasound or some imaging to take a look at the liver.
Additional blood tests may be needed- eg GGT (another liver enzyme), hepatitis b, c, complete blood count, proteins (can go low with liver disease), electrolytes

In addition, you should consider decreasing alcohol use as soon as possible. Your doctor may also consider a trial off crestor though the change may only be related to alcohol.

In some cases, if permanent damage has not occurred, discontinuation of alcohol and any meds, may help and there may be a decrease in values.

This improvement hopefully may occur for you.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
