Question: Need suggestions for low sugar + non-dairy Christmas cookies please.
I liked the 1st diabetologist I talked to; not sure of his name.

Now morning blood test varies from 139, 129 to 91, 96.

Hello, Here is a well-liked recipe by my clients:
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. butter
1 pkg. sugar free Jello (any flavor)
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
Cream butter and Jello, mix in eggs and vanilla. Add flour and baking powder. Roll out dough 1/2 inch thick and cut in shapes. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.

Your am blood sugar may fluctuate. It sounds like it is going up and down if you are having low sugar around noon and waking up with higher sugar in am.
