Brief Answer:
Hormone tests

Detailed Answer:
Sorry to note your troublesome symptoms.

The abnormal levels of calcium, copper, cholesterol and vitamin D require thorough evaluation further.
The thyroid nodules also merit a detailed assessment.
All these are typical endocrine problems which a qualified endocrinologist will be able to help you with.
You must schedule an appointment an appointment with one for an in-person consultation.
When I see someone like you in my practice, I typically order the following blood tests in addition to a detailed physical examination:

HbA1c (Glycosylated Hemoglobin = your 3 month glucose average)
Liver function tests (SGOT , SGPT, Albumin, Bilirubin, Alkaline Phosphatase)
Kidney function tests (BUN, Creatinine)
TSH

Detailed Answer:
Sometimes a thyroid biopsy is considered. You will need a detailed assessment to figure out a diagnosis. It will not be possible on an online forum to analyze a complex condition like yours.
Cortisol is measured is different units worldwide. Was yours in micromoles or nanomoles per liter or micrograms per deciliter?

Brief Answer:
Second follow up

Detailed Answer:
I see. In that case the units are likely nmol/L. Yes those numbers given to you are about right. This just implies stress in your body which is not considered abnormal.
However if you wish to rule out a condition in which the cortisol remains high without the presence of stress then there are tests for that.
Once the stress settles, you can check with your endocrinologist to test you for Cushings syndrome.

You will need to have your thyroid nodules addressed by an endocrinologist in-person.

Kindly seek prompt medical assistance

Brief Answer:
Third follow up

Detailed Answer:
Stress reduction includes relaxation therapies but even medical illnesses are stressful. So you need an extensive evaluation first to rule out major medical issues.
