Brief Answer:
GGT, and triglycerides are concerning.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I find your serum Alkaline phosphate to be normal. For men the normal range is 40 to 140IU/L. I do not know why are you worried about this. May I know why did you get this test done? Who asked you to get this done?
In fact you should be more concerned about serum GGT and Serum triglycerides more than ALP. You seem to be carrying some infection because of high WBC count in the blood.
As a pharmacist you should know that history and clinical features are more important than lab results. Lab results have no value without correlating clinical findings.
I suggest you to go back to your doctor who ordered these tests and corroborate these findings.
But definitely diet, exercise and medication for triglycerides is the need of the hour for better outcome.

Let me know more details.

Brief Answer:
Cardiology consultt

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

You need heart check up first with ECG, stress ECG etc. I suggest to consult Cardiologist for it. We need to understand why the GGT is raised inspite of teetotaller. raised ggt warrants liver evaluation. heart disease, high blood pressure, bile duct stones or obstruction can raise GGT and ALP as well. Hence Ultrasound of the liver is also need to check for the cause.

I suggest you to meet your doctor first before taking any medication.
