Brief Answer:
your husband must adopt healthy life style

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I am Dr.Rajesh Teli, MD.
Thanks for using HCM.

I have gone through the reports of your husband.
He has following abnormal findings
1.His Triglycerides is very high. It must remain below 200 mg.
2.His HDL is very low. HDL is protective cholesterol and its level must remain above 35 mg.
3.His Hs CRP is elevated .This is a predictive parameters of having risk of heart attack and stroke in future.

Going through above factors I would like to have more information from you-

1.Is he over weight or obese?
2.Does he have family history of Heart disease.Hypertension or Diabetes or stroke ?
3.Is he a smoker or alcoholic ?

Having known the reply I shall be able to guide you further.meanwhile consider following measures
1.Get his resting ECG and Exercise Treadmill Test(If feasible)
2.Avoid ghee, butter, cheese ,fried and fatty food.
3.To raise HDL he must take Almonds, pistachios and walnuts every day.
4.He must go for brisk walk nonstop 30 minutes daily.
5.Avoid undue stress.
6.go for regular health check up.
7.Repeat his lipid profile after 6 weeks of diet control and exercise. If HDL and Triglycerides are still above target mentioned above Then he may need medicines like Fenofibrate and nicotinic acid.

Waiting for your reply,
With best wishes

Brief Answer:
please get his exercise stress test done

Detailed Answer:
hello,
I have gone through your reply.
I suggest that he should get his exercise Stress test done .If that is normal then I would suggest no medications right now and he must focus on diet and exercise. His Uric acid level is mildly elevated which would need restriction of pulses in food.
My best wishes
Dr.Teli.
