What Does This Blood Report Indicate?

Question:
Gender: Male
Age: 53
Visited a Doctor: Yes
Medications Tried: I have taken steroids for 12 days. Numerous antibiotics
Hi , I have been unwell since XXXXXXX 4th with all the following problems
I had pneumonia which was treated in hospital, then I had a lung biopsy and had a reaction following it and my whole body came up in a rash, which took 2 weeks to go. I had chest pain and still do and have a tightness in my chest all the time.
While in hospital I contracted ecoli and I also had pericarditis.
Following 6 weeks in hospital I was discharged with no follow up or diagnosis. A couple of weeks later I was admitted to another hospital and they discovered I had type 2 diabetes and a 7cm hernia which was leaking into my chest thus causing all the
chest infections I'm getting.
After meeting a surgeon he decided I wasn't a candidate for surgery and then they thought it was my Vagus nerve. Again discharged with no diagnosis.
Another Consultant I was seeing for skin mole removal suggested that I could have Sarcoidosis.
I got a new set of blood tests done and the results are below. Clearly there is something wrong with me and I would love your input.
My ALT level was 60 I.U./L range 0.-50
ferritin 366 ng/ml 16.-215
Liver antibodies
Antinuclear factor Positive
Anti smooth muscle antibodies Positive
ANF Pattern Speckled
ANF TITRE 1:200 <1:80
SMA TITRE 1/80 <1/40
My cholesterol readings were high too so I am on Crestor also.
I constantly feel unwell and I have night sweats, following eating a meal I start to feel sleepy and have severe fatigue.
I was a very fit person and enjoyed sports but am now unwell most of the time.
I look forward to your reply

Brief Answer:
Possibility of auto immune disease is more.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Your current reports are suggestive of auto immune disease.
They are also known as connective tissue disease (CTD). In this, there are auto antibodies which fight against body's own cells.
So in my opinion, you should consult rheumatologist and get done detailed reports for CTD. You will need ANA titer and ANA profile.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
