Brief Answer:
Your aunt has Chronic Renal Paranchymal Disease .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query and uploading reports of your aunt who seems to have raised serum creatinine levels (1.5 mg%) Chronic Renal Paranchymal disease .(CKD) with cortical scarring due to chronic infection .

A level of Serum Creatinine of 1.5 mg is not significantly high but her USG has revealed thinning and scarring of renal cortex suggestive of renal damage .

Raised C-Reactive proteins also confirms the presence of infective process in body(Kidney Disease)However precise nature and status of individual kidney function can be ascertained only by doing DMSA scan .

With given reports i can say that she has to be under guidance and treatment of qualified Nephrologist .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.

Thanks Dr XXXXXXX

Appreciate you for explaining..Actually the doctor I have consulted they have not written any medicine expect they suggested for Hepatitis B vaccination and they have called us after 3 months. We will surely follow up with the expert after 1 month.

We were confused that if infection is there in kidney which can be seen on reports then why don't any medicine.?

And last question is this "Chronic Renal Paranchymal Disease" is dangerous? Is there anything to worry.?

Thanks,
XXXX

Attached her Ultrasound report as well

Brief Answer:
There is nothing to be worried

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up and uploading USG report .
She has minimal scarring of kidneys however considering her renal function and Cortico Medullary Differentiation being normal there is nothing to be worried about .

Get her renal function tests and scanning done every six months to finnd out any progress of her CKD

Thanks and Regards.
