What Does This Blood Report Indicate?
Question: The symptom is as follows
day 2 : small red dots in the tones and oral thrush without any pain
day 3 : low fever i did not measure the temperature
day 8 : testicular pain , joint pain , pennies pain but when i sleep or set not when i urinate
day 11 : high dryness frequent urination
the period between day 8 and day 24 I was with uncontained symptoms i mentioned in addition to yellow eyes in some days.
There is low risk STI exposed in day 0 , The STD day 5 test all negative , std day 13 all negative , full blood test in day 24 :
WBC 3.5 (range 4.0-11)
neutrophils 1 (range 2 - 7.5)
lymph 2.1 ( range 1.5 - 4.0 )
monocyte 0.3 (0.2-1.0)
Eosinopil 0.2 (range 0.0 -0.5)
RBC 6.05 (range 4.5 -5.5)
MCV 75.2 ( 80 -100 )
MCH 24.7 (27 -32)
MCHC 327 (320-360)
note : more mature cells seen , some atypical lymphocytes seen
iron store I think it was 170 , but the doctor said it is fine.

lymph 1.7 ( range 1.5 - 4.0 )

RBC 6.05 (range 4.5 -5.5)
MCV 75.2 ( 80 -100 )
MCH 24.7 (27 -32)
MCHC 327 (320-360)
total bilirubin level 14 (0.0 - 20.0)
note : Atypical mononuclear cells seen
CMV test Igg antibody : DETECTED
CMV IgM antibody : Not detected

HIV test "DUO 28 day" with better2know organization test in day 33 result is negative
in addition , in day 36 i experiences syncope for on min during may diner time after fasting from 5 am to 6 pm .
during period from day 0 to day 38 i was fasting but i break the fast in some period due to the dryness or no capabilities to fast.
to add , some time i got black stool , and in one day i got red one with some blood, one day i got small chunks of raw flesh in the stool.
urine test strip as i say before +++ for hemolyzed blood.
yesterday i used multivitamin and i test urine blood i got only one +. I don't know what that mean?

The characteristic laboratory abnormality is relative lymphocytosis
in peripheral blood, with >10% atypical lymphocytes [your first complete blood count showing Total leukocyte counts low - WBC 3.5 (range 4.0-11) and
lymphocyte 2.1 ( range 1.5 - 4.0 ) and some atypical lymphocytes seen].
Subsequent investigation shows signs of some recovery (WBC 3.8 (range 4.0-11)
neutrophils 1.7 (range 2 - 7.5) lymph 1.7 ( range 1.5 - 4.0 )].Most patients recover without sequelae.
Your HIV test "DUO 28 day" -negative.You may repeat HIV-1/HIV-2
enzyme immunoassay (EIA) after 12 weeks.
You also need to subject stool for routine examination as stool naked eye examination is not enough.
