Brief Answer:
Explained below..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thanks for posting your query,

I have read through your query and have also viewed the attached reports,

Since you do not seem to have any such symptoms as of now, taking your reports into consideration,

- GFR- there is a mild decrease in the filtration rate, which could result due to diabetes, high blood pressure, kidney stones, any conditions affecting the parenchyma of kidneys.

- Serum creatinine and Serum uric acid- are also on the higher levels. These could rise in conditions causing chronic damage to kidneys like high blood pressure, diabetes, kidney stones, alcohol.

- Cholesterol- Your levels are on the higher side.

- TSH- since you seem to have high TSH levels alone, it could be the cause for your high cholesterol too. You are required to start on thyroxine after proper consultation with your doctor.

For this I would suggest you to take an Xray or CT abdomen to look for any causes causing high creatinine levels.

You are required to quit smoking and drinking alcohol, so that further damage doesn't happen.

Hope this helps
