I have checked the attached reports. It would have really helped if I could know the background for why the tests had been done and whether she is pregnant. Antiphospholipid antibody is negative and so is RA factor. However, ANA is positive in dilution 1:80 and therefore indicates some autoimmune problems are ongoing. pANCA and cANCA is negative and the next investigation to be done would be Anti-DS-DNA and Anti-Smith Antibodies. These tests would help in ruling out scleroderma and SLE (systemic lupus erythomatosus) as possible cause.
