What Does This Blood Report Indicate?

Question: My daughter's age is 14.5 years. CBP is normal except for the below.
Lymphocytes: 45.5 (normal range 20-40)
Basophils: 0.4 (normal range <1-2)
Eosinophils:2.1 (normal range 1-6)
WBC: Mild relative lymphocytosis
One month ago my daughter got the same results. After repeating CBP now after a month, got the almost same results.
I will consult doctor again. Kindly help with your expert advice as second opinion.
Kindly advice if treatment is required. I will be very grateful to you.
