What Does This Blood Report Indicate?
Brief Answer:
Further details needed
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on Health care magic.
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns but I need to know the basis of such a suspicion. Has a chest X ray or a apur test been done? If so, please upload the reports. If not, I would insist on getting them done. I will also suggest you to get her thyroid profile checked.
Let me know and I will guide you accordingly. When you write back, do mention the problems in detail.
Regards

Doctor, these ate the reports
Brief Answer:
Vitamin D supplementation is very essential.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. Sorry for the inadvertent delay in responding. I have gone through the attached reports. Firstly, your daughter has vitamin D deficiency. This could be an important cause for her fatigue. Vitamin D supplementation (bolus and maintenance dose) should help in providing relief. Alongside, I find the WBC count to be on the higher side in the second blood report. Clinical correlation is needed to determine whether antibiotics are likely to be needed. Thyroid profile is normal. I would not really get concerned about the serum phosphorus level.
Let me know if I could help further.
Regards
