Dear Dr XXXXXXX

Sorry. It was 1 week ago. I went to the hospital because I had severe abdominal pain and diarhae. The doctors first diagnosed me with gastroenteritis. Then they said I should also visit a gynaecologist because of mild pelvic collection. I went to see a gynaecologist on Tuesday and she cfmed that I had a light infection. Right now I am under below medications:
> Pantonix
> Neostem
> And had 2 tabs of Secnidal.

Attached is the report of my blood test done on 29/10 when I had "gastro enteritis"

I am not really sure if it was gastro or not. To note that I have been having stomach pain for almost 6 months now - just after eating.

Thank you very much for your reply

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX,

Your blood report is showing high Neutrophil counts, the reason for all is infection that you have.

I suspect your previous episode of diarrhea is because of infection and inflammation in the pelvic region.

I advice you to do vaginal swab for Gram's staining, culture and sensitivity.

Take the treatment according to the culture report. Taking the treatment for full course will heal you. It also brings your WBC count to normal aspect.

You can come for further clarification or you can contact me on bit.ly/DrArun.

Thank you,
