GGT increase is isolated and therefore not a major problem
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.
1. The GGT is not a major issue because the other liver enzymes are normal. You can get this test repeated after following a healthy lifestyle for 2 months.
2. The ultrasound scan shows mild fatty liver and this is probably from taking diet containing fats and oil and this is explained by your high cholesterol level.
3. Your high cholesterol, low vitamin D, high vitamin B12 and mildly increased hemoglobin requires attention.
Hope your query is answered.
Please do write back if you have any doubts.
Regards,
