10% weight loss with regular exercise will back your health
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
YOur are heavier by 15 kg. If you can lose 10% of your current weight i.e by 8 kg I assure you that you will get back your lost health. You should target to acheive this by 2 kg a month within 6 months.
You should abstain from alcohol completely. You better do not mingle with friends and family you force you to take alcohol.
The damage to the liver is partial and can be reversible if you stop alcohol and get physically active right from today, else it can be irreversible. It can progress and can badly affect your health.
I suggest a consultation with the doctors mentioned above. Your day time sleepiness fatigue anxiety needs separate addressal by psychiatrist as well.
Believe me if you can walk for one hour a day early in the morning there will be a lot of change you see within 3 months from now. You can find a new YOU.
