Brief Answer:
Blood counts are normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Mr XXXXXXX

The total white blood cell cpount is normal(9600). Neonates and infants have higher percentage of lymphocytes as compared to neutrophils. So lymphocyte count of 58% is normal. So from point of complete blood count there is no cause for concern.

The baby has predominant unconjugated Hyper-biliruminemia , which rules out possibility of Surgical cause of Hyper-bilirubinemia. It is likely to be due to persistent physiological Jaundice of neonates. It would be helpful if you could provide me following additional information

1. At what gestational age was baby born?
2. Was it Normal delivery or Caesarean?
3. Any history of NICU admission?
4. Was the baby jaundiced at birth or during stay at hospital?
5. What was the birth weight and present weight?
6. Is the baby on exclusive breastfeeding?

Awaiting your response

Take Care
