Brief Answer:
calcium, vitamin d and bisphosphonates
Detailed Answer:
Dear madam,Hi! welcome to hcm! your bmd score is actually low. And at a very young age. Though there is nothing specific for left or right femur or any other bone, treatment will improve all bones in general.
1. Calcium 1000mg per day in divided doses,
2. Vitamin D 60000iu once a week.
3. Bisphosphonates , but not recommended Presently if u r breastfeeding the baby.
4. bone strengthening exercises
Regards!
