Brief Answer:
Need some basic details.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Please first of all send me your complete blood count report. Without total wbc count and differential count it is very difficult to say whether it is precursor lesion to chronic lymphocytic leukemia or not. So please send me your complete blood count report. So that I can help you further. I will wait for your reports. Take a snap of it and upload it on this site.

Thanks for using health care magic.
Wish you a very good health.

sorry i haven't got a printer. lymphocytes 6.4. total leucocytes13900 cells/ul. lymphocytes 46% 6394 cells/ul.t-cell,b -cell subset86.6% 5537.CD 200B cell subset 59% 3773.natural killer cells 697 10.9%. wcc 13.9. COMMENT. there is a monoclonal population of B cells present which express CD5,CD19[dim] CD20,CD23,CD200 and [dim] kappa surface light chain immunoglobulin. other readings appear to be within normal limits.the only other readings which may be significant are activatedBcell/B-CLL CD23 57.5% 3677 and B cell subset CD20 64% 4092. hope this is of some help for you. iam seeing a specialist on 15 april. guess the main concern is whether i am likely to develop cll. the results were from a routine blood test the original tests showed an elevated wcc so that is why further tests were done. thanks for your time in giving me an indication of what might be expected. regards, XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
You need regular blood count check up.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through question. I can understand your concern.
You have monoclonal proliferation of B cells with CD5, CD20 and CD23 positive. Your total lymphocytes count is more then 5000. So it is precursor of CLL. Your total count is only slightly high right now. But you need to monitor your total count regularly. Don't worry much about that. Because in CLL also no treatment is required in early stage. Just monitoring is required and prognosis is also better then other leukemia.

Give me follow up with your complete blood count every month.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me.
