What Does This Echocardiogram Report Indicate?

Question: I had a echo it showed IVS thickness end diastolic 1.6 and end systolic 1.6, aortic root diameter of 2.2cm and LA end diastolic 5.3 cm, aortic valve opening of 1.5 cm and ejection fractionof 63 percent, 15.7 mmHg of the aortic valve and tricuspid valve TR seen, 45 mmHg, LV end diastolic of 5.4 percent cm and LV end systolic of 3.2 percent. Pericardial effusion none. LV EF = 70 percent. Fractional shortening of 40 percent. What do you think
