What Does This Echocardiogram Report Indicate?
Perfectly normal, they are just medical terminology.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Firstly thanks for choosing health care magic for your query,
Mild dilatation of aorta is a normal finding , most common cause of aortic dilatation which is dangerous is aortic aneurysm , but in that case aorta is grossly enlarged, Mild dilatation of aortic root(origin of aorta) is seen in about 15% healthy adults. So i don,t think you have any need to worry.
Trivial is a terminology used by cardiologist , as nothing is perfect so are the valves of heart , hence instead of writing the report as no AR; doctors report it as trivial(very mild) .
The reason is that ; echo is a manual test , done by human and interpreted by human ;hence no cannot be written ; instead of no word trivial or mild can be used.
Overall i have seen your reports your heart is perfectly normal medically ,so dont go for terminology ; your heart is perfectly ok.
Your HDL is quiet low and LDL is on higher side.
try to exercise 45 minutes daily ,and exercise should be strenous ;otherwise its of no use
Avoid ghee, butter, dairy products, instead use olive oil.
In case you need any other explaination ,i would be happy to help!
