Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting hcm about your health care.
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
Increased endometrial thickness at your mothers age can be due to endometrial hyperplasia, endometrial cancer, polyp, increased thickness can be due hormonal imbalance.
But before giving my opinion about it I want to ask a few questions from you.
She achieve menopause or not( at what age)?
Is she having any symptoms like vaginal bleeding etc?
Is she suffering from any disease or on any medication?
Upload her ultrasound report?
Hope to hear from you soon.
Good luck.
Regards
