Brief Answer:
Pleural thickening may be due to sequel of past infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing to HCM,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

Chest X-ray findings may suggests apical pleural thickening,it may be due to sequel of past infection etc. This condition generally doesn't require any treatment.

Nodules in lungs may be due to many causes like infection, inflammation, autoimmune causes etc. This need clinical correlation.
CT may be advised after evaluation.I suggests for follow up in such findings.

Thoracic spondylosis are age related findings and you may need physiotherpay etc.

In short, findings are usually not very serious. However, you may need further evaluation.

Get well soon.

Hope I have answered your query.
Further queries are most welcome.
