Brief Answer:
Hello dear. The information is inadequate

Detailed Answer:

Hello dear. I have gone through the details. The report is inadequate.

I'm not able to understand whether this is a single mastectomy specimen report or both. Please provide me the pathology report of both(bilateral breast) specimens separately.

However in any case you will require the following:

Chemotherapy along with a targeted drug for HER receptor(if it is 3+ )
Radiation therapy as it is node positive
Hormonal therapy(depending upon if the tumor of ER or PR positive)

Please provide details of both mastectomy specimen seperately including ER PR and HER 2 reports
Thanks and Regards
