Detailed Answer:
Hi Dear User ! Thank you for posting your question here .
Here are some questions that you can ask ::Did you do the test because you have any health issue or is just a rutine test? If you have any symptoms , the interpretation of the results will be according to the symptoms. ( in this case you need to ask your doctor to interprete )
-I understand from your result ,your liver function test ( AST/ALT ) are a little high but not so high
RDW is a little low but if other tests are normal (Your haemoglobin level,Hb is normal ,MCV) this result it's nothing to worry for the moment, you may need to be checked for any possibility of anemia( you can discuss with your treating doctor if and when you can check again your haemoglobin level and MCV ).
-Do you drink ( if yes you can discuss about how the alcohol intake may damage your liver cells )
-How is your cholesterol levels ( HDL, LDL..) , you have the results? If not you should do that.
-Ask for the possibility of a viral infection ( common cold , Hepatitis B, C, ) in this case you should do some lab test to rule out hepatitis B,C .Your doctor will decide if you need it not.
-Your weight ( is the BMI normal )-the doctor will measure your Body Mas Index (BMI)
-Do you take any medication -Ask him /her if the medication you take can be the cause and how to avoid it .
Hope I have answered your questions.
If you have any further clarifications, please feel fre to write me I will be happy to help.
Take Care !
