Brief Answer:
Please upload the reports

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concern. I believe that you are talking about optical density ration when you mention OD Ratio. However, the context is more important. IgG positivity indicates that the patient had been infected at sometime in life without mentioning whether the patient has an infection at present. IgM positivity indicates recent infection. Similarly, the given values of PSA are negative but change over time is more important that the individual values alone.

I would request you to upload the reports (rather than writing them down as in this case). It will help me to give you proper interpretations.

Regards
