Main thing found here are presence of pus cells and
calcium oxalate crystals.
Epithelial cells can be found usually which indicate contamination. But pus cell presence indicate
urinary tract inflammation mainly due to infection. As your daughter has
abdominal pain also, I would suggest you to consult physician and get it treated.
Oxalate crystals though suggestive of kidney stone, do not always indicate the same. !0-15% of time , it can be present in normal individuals also.
If you are more concerned about crystals , I would recommend you to get
ultrasound done to rule out same.
Ask her to eat a diet composed of low-oxalate foods like apple juice, cola, chicken, beef, bananas, melons, mushrooms, peas and ketchup.
