Brief Answer:
Kidney stones

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for your query.
I'm Dr. Shuba Hariprasad and will be answering your query today.

Your reports and symptoms are indicative of urinary tract stones.

I would :
- get a detailed medical, personal and family history
- clinically examine you for signs of inflammation and infection.
- have an ultrasound of the abdomen to check for stones, it's location, size and number of stones.
- get some blood work done to check for blood counts, kidney function.

Depending on these results and clinical findings I would decide whether we could wait and see if the stone passes on its own with good Hydration or if we would need to intervene to let it out.

There is nothing to panic, however, I recommend that you see a urologist at the earliest as delayed treatment may lead to complications such as urine obstruction, infection. and scarring. In the mean time drink plenty of clear liquids (water, soup, tender coconut water) to enable flushing the kidneys and diluting urine to prevent further stones.

A stone analysis will determine the type of stone and based on this certain diet modifications along with adequate Hydration (about 3 liters a day) can help prevent them.
Hope this helps.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

If not please close this discussion and rate my answer.
Wish you good health.
Regards,
Dr. Shuba Hariprasad
