Brief Answer:
Injections and multivitamins needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

I have gone through your reports. You have Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D deficiency.

You should take vitamin B12 injections (Renerve) every other day for 2 weeks, that is a total of 7 injections. Followed by 1 month of oral vitamin B12 tablets (Becosules).

For Vitamin D deficiency you have to take Dvion 60,000 IU sachets, weekly once for 4 weeks.

Other measures include:
- Including meat, poultry, seafood, dairy products, and eggs in your diet if you eat non veg.
- You can try vitamin B12 fortified cereals.
- Milk, yogurt and cheese are the only vegetarian food items that contain vitamin B12.
- Vitamin D deficiency can be prevented by walking out in sun between 11 am and 3 pm daily, atleast for half an hour.

I hope this answered your query.
