After that i was taken consultation from a local doctor.

He advised me followings.

Brief Answer:
Normal report

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

I have seen the report and it is a normal report. There are some slight issues that can easily be handled with lifestyle measures like lowering the fatty food intake, drinking cleaner water, regular exercise, avoiding any medicine that can affect liver, avoiding alcohol, reduce salt intake, more of fruits.

Common medicines that can affect liver are pain killers, paracetamol, antibiotics.

Since you have some head spinning, avoid lifting heavy weights or driving very fast. Also avoid turning your head suddenly. Avoid operating machinery. Get checked for orthostatic hypotension.

Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hi Madam,
Thanks for your quick reply on that.

I have already maintain my lifestyle and reduce to intake oily, fatty and junk food. Work out regularly at XXXXXXX even i had do the same since 2 years but not regular actually as had discontinue for 1 or 2 week then again started.

I just have a question that is my local doctor advice to recheck LFT, Lipid Profile and Sugar test, as had prescribe "HEPAKIND 150" Tablet for 1 month for my high ALT/SGPT.

Can i do the test ? and "HEPAKIND 150" tablet is good for liver ?

Thanks//

Brief Answer:
Continue lifestyle measures

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

You can continue lifestyle measures. They will payback on long term.

In my personal opinion you can recheck lipid profile and sugar levels in 3 months from previous test date. Till then adopt lifestyle measures rigorously.

If you have normal health (no symptoms) then there is no need to worry about slightly deranged tests.

Hepakind 150 is ursodeoxycholic acid and is used primarily for dissolving gall stones. Sometimes its used for cholestatic jaundice. There is some research done on its efficacy in liver disease and mixed results were found. You can recheck the LFT and if its normal then you can discontinue it.
