Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Welcome Back to HCM,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,
Yes I've reviewed all the reports and let me assure you first of all that except of the lipid profile almost every other parameters are within normal ranges only..
There is a borderline rise in the bad cholesterol level (LDL & non-HDL) along with a borderline low threshold of HDL, for which I'd advice you a few lifestyle modifications as well as dietary changes, start following them strictly in order to achieve good control and a healthy life..however I couldn't find any vitamin report so I'm not sure which one are you referring to here (if your meaning MCH level, then don't worry as it's just too marginal increase which can easily be corrected with proper balanced diet habits)..
Avoid junk/ deep fried/ pre-processed/ fast/ over spicy-salty/ fast foods completely..
Stop smoking/ alcohol (if you do)..
Try to replace your regular wheat/flour containing foods with whole grain/wheat foods..
Reduce red meat intake(if you do) and replace it with lean meat like poultry(chicken) and fish etc. include a lot of fresh green vegetables and salads in you daily diet..
Try to indulge in to healthy snacking options like dry roasted almonds, ground nuts, salads, sprouts, seasonal fruits (not packaged juices) instead of junk/fast foods..
You should start drinking a lot of water, stay well hydrated (your not well hydrated which is reflected in some of the reports), target a daily intake of ~ 3 ltr of water strictly(even a little bit more is also fine but not less than this)..
Start getting involved in to physical activities and work-outs otherwise the dietary changes won't yield proper effects..a daily jogging of 40-45 min in your nearby park, some active freehand exercises in the morning/evening(as per convenience)..
With all these maintained strictly, you should be fine over a period of time (few months to be specific), remember to repeat lipid profile after 3 months along with FBS, PPBS (2 hrs post prandial) and LFT (this much will do)..
Try to keep a tab on your monthly body weights, do let me know in your next reply about your present body weight and height..
Do let me know how you stay in the due course..
Take Care
Kind Regards

Thanks for the brief answer to my question. AS per your suggestion, I have changed my lifestyle and from last one week, I daily walk around 3 kM and little weight lifting.Â
I am totally Vegeterian and drink only beer that too once in month but as per your suggestion, I will avoid that too.Â
My vitamin report says :Â
Vit B12 level - 162 pg/ml (Biological reference interval says 187-883)Â
25 hydroxy(OH) Vit D - 6.6 ng/ml (Biological reference interval says Deficiency <10, Insufficiency 10-30 , sufficiency 30-100, Hypervitaminosis >100 )Â
Please suggest on my vitamin report.Â

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back XXXXXXX
Yes you need to start multivitamin supplementation right away along with Vit-D3 replacement therapy..
Cap Cobadex 1 cap Once daily after breakfast for 1 month..
Tab SHELCAL 500 mg Once daily After breakfast for 3 months..
Vit D3 60000 IU Once a week (available in both sachet/capsule form, either one can be chosen) for next 12 weeks , after that repeat Vit D3, Serum Calcium level..(you'll needing to obtain proper prescription for these from your local physician)..
Take 10-15 min of your daily time and stay exposed in the morning sunlight (b/n 8-10 am) which also helps producing vit-D naturally..
Along with these follow all other advises given above, do let me know how you stay in the due course..
Take Care
Kind Regards
