I am 86kg (approx 190 lbs) and 5'7" and 35 tears old female.
My waist is 36 inches. BMI 29
I have a family history of heart disease and high cholesterol. I don't smoke and have 1 glass of alcohol once or twice a month. I exercise 3 times a week. I am on Fluanxol depot for schizophrenia which caused my weight to gain rapidly 15 to 20kg in a year. It stabilized at 86 kg and has remained that way for 3 years. Am i going to have a stroke or a heart attack in the near future looking at my numbers? Is anything way out of order? Do i need medication? Thank you

Hi,

After reading your post, it is clear that your Triglycerides levels are rsised.
This may result in heart and pancreatic disease.
I would advise that you should avoid excess oily and dugar rich foods. You should take Fenofibrate, one tablet daily before going to bed at night for about 3 months and again repeat the investigation. XXXXXXX avoid alcohol.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
