Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal
I am going to try to help you with the query
First and foremost, this is just a liver function test. There is no way that one could say that the defects seen on this test are due to cancer.
Many other causes can cause similar test abnormalities- drug and medicine usage, alcohol, hepatitis, a simple viral illness are just a few.
And to assume that the defects were caused by cancer, I would suggest doing an MRI of the abdomen, that will tell us best if there is a spread of cancer.
Best of luck
Dr Mittal
