Question: My sgot level is 1495 and sgpt is 2270 Bilirubin total 6.68 and alkaline phosphate 156, what should I do

You had not provided me any information about you. What is your weight, alcholic or smoking? Is this one time result or do you have earlier results? Do you suffer from hepatitis or any other medical problem?

However these are very very high liver function results usually seen in cases of liver failure or impending failure.
I suggest you immediately take these results to a Medical Gastroenterologist who holds a degree DM in Med. Gastroneterology/Hepatology.
