Brief Answer:
abnormal liver function
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for query.
I saw the message. Your SGOT, SGPT and ALP are grossly elevated. This can happen in fatty liver(due to alcohol and high fatty diet),autoimmune hepatitis, biliary duct obstruction and gall stones.
Only with these reports we can't come to a conclusion. They just indicate liver function is abnormal.
Get an ultrasound abdomen,CBC and HbsAg done.
Do you consume alcohol?
Get back if any query.

Brief Answer:
its alarming period
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for follow up.
You need to stop consuming alcohol as it can lead to more complications. Take plenty of fluids daily at least 4-5 litres per day. Take lot of fruits and vegetables.Avoid red meat, fatty diet, junk, carbonated drinks. Alcoholic liver disease leads to malnutrition so get Vitamin b12 checked, but before that get ultrasound abdomen done and consult a gastroenterologist and get examined.
