Brief Answer:
Get a fibroscan done

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
I went through your post.
Your liver enzymes are slightly out of range.
Your albumin globulin ratio is less than one which may indicate chronic liver disease.
The ultrasound scan also shows slightly decreased liver span with coarse echotexture which means there is a likelihood of chronic liver disease.
I would advise you to get a fibroscan done to know whether you have early cirrhosis of liver.
Also get tested for Hepatitis B and C.

I hope that answers your question.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.

Brief Answer:
Cirrhosis is irreversible

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Cirrhosis is irreversible.
But further damage can be prevented by treating the underlying cause.

in your case cirrhosis is not confirmed yet.
Based on the information you have given I mentioned cirrhosis is a possibility.
Kindly get a fibroscan done to see whether you really have cirrhosis or not.

The medications you are taking are liver supportive medications which may prevent some amount of damage and also aid the bile flow.

I hope that answers your question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.
