What Does This Pap Smear Test Indicate?

Smear satisfactory for evaluation with sheets of squamous and endocervical cells. Early cythopathic changes are observed with an increased perinuclear clearing but the nuclear sizes are smaller than those in LSIL the background shows some inflammation
Interpretation : atypical squamous cells of undertermined significance

Repeat cytology in six months and screening for high risk HPV strain is recommended do you think I have a HPV? Can I infect my husband ?
HPV TESTING NOW, PAP AFTER 6 MONTHS
Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
The report you have mentioned clearly suggests infection in lower genital tract.
Risk of HPV is definitely there. I will suggest you should get HPV testing done. Untill the report is out use condom for sex, as the chances of transmission to your partner is high. Even if HPV test is negative use condoms for 2 weeks.
You will need PAP smear after 6 even if the test is negative and infection is cleared.
As far as the cyst is concerned it is not serious at all as it seems to be a follicular cyst which will vanish by itself and just get a repeat scan after 6 months.
I hope I have answered your question but in case you have any query I will be happy to help.
