What Does The Uterus Ultrasound Mean?

UTERUS: Appears anteverted bulky normal in shape and echotexture 8.6*5.2*4.9 cm. No obivious Evidence of ant mass lesion.Endometrium is midline 11mm thick mild cystic changes within Endometrial vascularity could not be demonstrated. BOTH OVERIES: Right ovary shows follicular cyst 3*3 cm/left ovary appears normal doc i want to know what does it means and wht is the treatment suggested to me

Hello,

As part the radiological findings, your uterus and ovaries appear to be normal. Only the endometrial thickness is to be correlated with the phase of menstrual cycle you are in. As you have not mentioned your symptoms in the question, we can't come to any conclusion of what the real problem is as everything appears to be normal. Please do consult your gynecologist for further evaluation.
