What Does This Pelvic Ultra Sound Indicate?

Benign condition in uterus most likely fibroids
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.
I have read through your query in detail.
The hypoehoic nodules in the fundus of uterus if described as rounded and well defined are most likely to be a benign condition like fibroid. Fibroids are benign tumors seen in many women in all age groups in adults. This may have a cause in the hormonal imbalances. If they are small and are not causing any abnormal uterine bleeding or pain then medications may be taken after consulting a gynecologist and a repeat ultrasound scan can be done after 3 to 6 months.
If possible please send in a copy of your scan report by attaching it to your query and this will help in confirming the above possibility of fibroids or if it is anything else.
Regards,
