I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your peripheral smear report suggest that Your RBCs are normal in size without any abnormalities. No polychromasia or hemolysis is normal finding. If evidence of hemolysis is present then it is abnormal.

Brief Answer:
Your sugar is borderline.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Fasting sugar should be less then 100 and post postprandial sugar should be less then 140.

Your both results are more then normal but its not high enough to called as diabetes. They are in border line level.

No any treatment is required at this stage.

Control your diet. And repeat your fasting and postprandial blood sugar level after 1 month.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer.
