Brief Answer:
? Stone in gall bladder as per the picture you have provided.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
To recapitulate: Female/?35/65 - hysterectomy on Monday - found something on colon - wants to know what it is - in renal failure - take many medicines...

My thoughts:
You have provided only a single picture and not anything else like the opinion of your operating Surgeon who must have seen it in real time, must have palpated pressed , tried to move and all.

With the single picture this looks to be a lith- a stone.
The picture looks to be that of a gall bladder and not of colon.
Apparently it contains a stone.

I hope this answers your query , please feel free to provide more pictures, information, opinion of your operating Surgeon and ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
