Brief Answer:
Thrombocytosis

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

It looks like you have thrombocytosis, it means that your platelet count has increased in number. Going through your reports it is most likely to be secodary to urinary tract infection. Here is how you should go about it

1. Get a urine culture done to know what organism is growing
2. I usually start my patients on ciprofloxacin twice daily after giving the culture
3. Also get a renal function test done as severe urinary tract infection often leads to deranged renal function
4. repeat complete blood count and urine routine after a week

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Regards
