A normal platelet count ranges from 150,000 to 450,000 platelets per microliter of blood.
So your blood platelet count is in normal range.So need not worry

My Dr. also ordered a microscopic urinalysis and the result was: Clumps of Leukocytes. What is that?

A few white blood cells are normally present in urine , no need to worry.If there in marked rise in leukocytes it indicates, urinary tract infection.
If you have any symptoms of urinary tract infection like burning while urinating, you mat need to start with antibiotics like XXXXXXX Nitrofurantoin 100mg or Tab Oflox 200mg twice daily for 5 days.
If you are not having any problem, no need to take any tablet.
Increase the intake of water and maintain higenic healthy lifestyle.
