glucose level are near to 488, try to have diet control and regular gaping between meals which helps to improve your conditions.
As your glucose level (488) is more than the normal, I also need you also to do an immediate fasting and post prandial test[2 hours after meal],glycated hemoglobin levels to know your level of serum glucose and to get treated accordingly.
