What Does This Pregnancy Test Report Indicate?

Question: Good Evening Doctor,

Me and my wife were trying for kids and recently my wife has missed her mensuration cycle. The last period was on 23rd August 2016 and she generally had 28 days cycle.

Today morning we have done a urine sample test it showed us positive. We have done a blood test to be doubly sure.

The HCG Levels in her blood is 11824 mIU/ml. I am attaching the report for your detail analysis as I am unable to decipher properly.

Urine pregnancy tests also confirms pregnancy..Next step is to confirm intrauterine pregnancy by getting a scan done.. A set of routine investigations need to be done..
