Brief Answer:
Good

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I read your query and I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply:

1) Your semen analysis seems to be excellent except for decreased motility which is marginally low by 10% ( 40% instead of 50%)

2) This is not a matter of concern and you can conceive naturally with this count.

3) There are minimum puscells which might be routine infection and dont need treatment.

4) I Suggest you get your wife's HSG test to check fallopian tubes and an transvaginal ultrasound scan to see antral follicle count.

Let me know if you have anymore questions.

Dr. Mahesh Koregol
