But doctor suggested me to use ferpill (for one month)and clofert 25 mg tablets,(for 3 months) and cefixime 200 mg tablets( for five days).
Semen to be with in 1hour.but in my test report given as liquification absent. And pus cells should not be there in semen but for me 4_6 hpf is there. Is it curable with this medicine. From last 5 months we are trying to become parents.. Please suggest clear cut clarity about my doubts

Brief Answer:
Semen culture and sensitivity test required
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for details about liquefaction.
If liquefaction is absent it means semen infection. That is the reason for pus cells.
To cure this you need to get semen culture and sensitivity test done to check for organism causing infection.
Take the antibiotics given by your doctor. It might help. Meanwhile give semen culture and sensitivity test.

Some doctors suggested cefixime 200 mg. And somebody suggested cipro500mg. Which one is best?
And sir you said first my semen report is normal but now for the second question your suggesting some tests..
Please clear my doubts?
Once again please check the first question having semen report and give me the proper answer is that result is normal to become parent...?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
First I had not seen in absent agglutination part as it was not clearly typed.
Absence of liquefaction is because if semen infection which needs to be treated.
Don't take any medicines ciprofloxacin or taxing etc.. without semen culture and sensitivity test.
You can definitely become father. Just do semen culture and sensitivity test and then take antibiotics accordingly.
Let me know if you need any more help.
